We have a secure online giving service through Vanco Services.
You can set up a one time gift or a weekly donation or a monthly donation.
We accept funds coming from your checking account, savings account, or credit card (Visa, Discover, Master Card or Discover). We accept credit or debit card.
The first time you log in, you'll need to "Create a Profile". Everytime thereafter, you can just log in with your user name and password. (See the steps below if you need help on how to set-up your donation.)

What can signing up with Vanco offer me?
RECURRING AND ONE-TIME DONATIONS
- Anyone can set up and manage their recurring and one-time donations and view a complete online giving history
- One time donations can be made (e.g. Lent, Advent, bulletins, flowers, special gifts, etc...) over and abve the weekly scheduled donations.

What if I still want to use my offering envelope?
Contact the church office to receive "Simply Giving" stickers. You can affix the sticker to your offering envelope and sel the envelope without the donation, which would be paid through the Vanco site, and put the envelope into the offering plate.
When is the money deposited into Faith’s bank account?
ACH (checking or savings account) transactions are withdrawn from the bank account of the parishioner and deposited into Faith’s bank account on the same day. Credit and debit card transactions are processed and deposited into Faith’s bank account without unnecessary delay within 2-3 business days.
How will we know when online donations are made?
Faith will receive an email confirmation of every online transaction. Plus, you will have access to online reports detailing every transaction made.
Is there a long-term contract?
No, there are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
Will parishioners receive a confirmation or receipt?
If the parishioner provides their email address, they will receive an email confirmation of their donation or payment. Otherwise, the transaction will appear on their bank statement or credit card statement with the name of Faith and the dollar amount.
What security measures does Vanco have in place?
Data security is the highest priority at Vanco. As a Payment Card Industry (PCI) Level 1 Service Provider, Vanco passes rigorous, independent on-site audits and other critical assessments. Vanco has taken the extra step of implementing PCI Level 1 security standards across its entire line of payment solutions.
How to I cancel my online giving if my giving needs should change?
If you need to discontinue your online giving for any reason, you can delete your account information by logging into your online account and deleting your giving amounts and the method of payment.
